Had a dental emergency on a Saturday (with no insurance) that had me in such severe pain. Got nowhere with places closer to home. My mom found Route 38 & we called at 1pm on a Saturday. The front desk was SO helpful & told us we can head right in. She sent me all of the paperwork right to my phone. Saw the doctor quickly & she wasted no time. Took an xray, saw the abscess forming at the bottom of a pretty bad tooth. Told me all my options, I just wanted it out. She pulled it right there and then. Made sure I was fully numbed before starting (took a while bc of the inflammation) & it was pulled before I even knew she started. Pricing was reasonable & the staff stayed after closing just to make sure I was taken care of. Could not say enough good about them!

Dr Simmons is the most gentle dentist in have ever had. In my life and I am 60 years old. All the staff are amazing. Rhianna greets you when you enter with a beautiful smile and very friendly and helpful. Missy assists Dr Simmons are she is gentle as well. I highly recommend 38 Dental!!!!!!

I had a great first visit to Route 38 Dental today. The office was clean, the staff was friendly, and the wait time was minimal. I appreciated the dentist's effort to avoid extra costs by asking me to request records from my previous provider. The cleaning process was enjoyable, and the flat-screen TVs during treatment were a nice touch. The office is easy to find, with ample parking. Overall, a pleasant and professional experience!

I had severe tooth pain for a week from a recent filling. I went to this dentist for a 2nd opinion. The receptionist and dentist were so helpful, understandable, and professional. They tried all they could to accommodate me and fix my problem. Eventhough they were out of my network, I got x-rays, excellent advice, and a referral to Endodontics to try to save my tooth, before doing the scheduled extraction. I called every provider on my insurance list, and no one would see me, but this office! That's great service I would say! Thanks Route 38 Dental staff and Dr. Ann Simmons!

My dentist was very nice, educated, and understanding. I also enjoyed that there were large tvs in the room which she used to show me my teeth and her findings she also put on a Christmas movie to help me relax. The office is VERY clean and everyone I spoke to was very nice especially the receptionist, Rihanna! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They made my tooth extraction as easy and painless as possible.

Probably hands down one of the nicest dentist I’ve seen in a long time. Very friendly, explains everything well and very patient with you especially if you have sensitive teeth. Office atmosphere is calm and relaxing as well. Helps with any nerves or anxiety you may have.

This place from the front desk to the the dentist, from the floor to the door !! I tell you no lie listen if I try to explain the service here it’s going to sound like I was told to say something or it’s fake and made up but it’s not I wish you all could have seen the length of my tooth and all the work it took to remove it !!! But I didn’t feel a thing my goodness lmbo not 1 needle not one !!!! Smh and the young lady at the front desk would make anyone’s business thrive she’s just that good that sweet that professional ughhh almost makes you wanna take more teeth over there but I’m a chill !!!
