I had the best dental experience at Route 38 dental. The entire staff was extremely friendly- Josie at the front desk set the tone from the beginning! I got a cleaning with the dental hygienist, Kim, who was so lovely, gentle with the cleaning, and explained everything prior. Dr Simmons was also very kind and answered all my questions. I’m happy to have found a great dental office.

I absolutely love this place! I know I’m probably a little different than most, but I genuinely enjoy going to the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned. I actually go four times a year. From the moment I walk in, everyone makes me feel welcome. They check me in right away, provide top-notch care, and always make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great first visit to Route 38 Dental today. The office was clean, the staff was friendly, and the wait time was minimal. I appreciated the dentist's effort to avoid extra costs by asking me to request records from my previous provider. The cleaning process was enjoyable, and the flat-screen TVs during treatment were a nice touch. The office is easy to find, with ample parking. Overall, a pleasant and professional experience!

This is my third visit to the dentist within a month. My daughter was seen last week. She’s 14. She got a very good bill of health regarding her dental care. I will admit that she was slightly disappointed that she did not receive a gift bag and a sticker young children are very impressionable and going to the dentist can be very scary for some children and she did wonderful, but she would’ve felt much better if she would’ve received a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a sticker and some floss most dentist office give these out and I was very surprised that she did not get one . I am an adult, I pay heavily for my dental coverage every month However I will admit that I too would’ve appreciated a toothbrush And floss, especially since I have bridges and spaces in between my teeth. Overall, my experience was amazing. The staff is warm, welcoming and inviting and I will go back again. I just hope that the provider realizes how important the small Trenton tokens of appreciation are for those of us that spent over $500 in a month for dental care and dental insurance.

Dr Ann has turned my experience of dentists around - she is insanely gentle, very attentive to my sensory issues - she genuinely believes me about my low pain tolerance, checking in constantly throughout the service to make sure I am okay - her technology level in the office is awesome too - it’s very clean, bright office and easy location.

I can’t say enough about how positive my first visit to Route 38 Dental with Dr. Simmons was. From the beautiful facility to the incredible staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The support staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very caring. Dr. Simmons is amazing. She answered all of my questions, provided me with numerous treatment options for some fairly extensive dental work that I require. The office technology is the best I have ever experienced. Everything from in-chair wall and ceiling television monitors to high-end oral scanning equipment to on-screen pricing and insurance options that made it possible for me to select a treatment plan that meets all of my medical/dental and financial needs. Simply outstanding!

My experience at route 38 dental - Dr. Simmons’ office was amazing — exactly how a dentist visit should feel. It truly felt like it was just me and the dentist, with all the attention and care focused on my comfort. Dr. Simmons was incredibly caring, explaining every detail of what she was going to do, throughout the entire visit and she was Soooo GENTLE! during my procedure- Just amazing!!! Dental hygienist was equally wonderful. She cleaned my teeth so thoroughly, leaving my smile absolutely glistening. The office itself is beautiful — modern, spotless, and equipped with impressive technology, including a 360-degree high-tech X-ray machine. And of course, Rihanna — the face of the office — was exceptional. She is professional, makes sure every detail and all insurance information are handled perfectly, and is always delightful and pleasant. Hands down, a great dentist office. Highly recommend!

Dr. Simmons is an amazing dentist. Very thorough and skilled. I had a very bad dental crown experience with a previous dentist at a different practice, the crown was bonded to my infected tooth which needed a root canal not a crown. The bonded crown had horrible margins which led to pain because the dentist at the previous practice didn’t even take an xray to check those margins, just slapped on the crown... I came to Dr. Ann Simmons with a disaster of a tooth from a poor decision made by someone else. Dr. Simmons made me feel comfortable, confident and she answered all of my questions and took on my problem by the horns and made me a priority. She did a phenomenal job at removing the bonded crown, my root canal therapy had zero pain and she always was checking in on me making sure I was comfortable. The new crown she installed is truly a work of art. It fits perfectly and she took x-rays to ensure the fit was perfect and it looks completely natural. I never thought I’d say I love my fake tooth but I love it. Dr. Simmons is truly an expert at her craft and as a patient I truly believe she cares about me and my teeth which in some of my experiences with other dentists from other practices I’ve felt like cattle. Other than Dr. Simmons being awesome, the staff at Route 38 Dental is excellent. From the front desk to the assistants everyone is so friendly and makes you feel at home. As someone who has always been terrified to go to the dentist, this place is special. I am no longer scared to go to the dentist, I just wish I found Dr. Ann Simmons and her staff sooner in life!

I had a great experience. I was soo scared going having a panic attack. But Dr. Simmons made procedures pain free. She is great in numbing. Never felt needles. Highly recommend
