Dr. Simmons is an amazing dentist. Very thorough and skilled. I had a very bad dental crown experience with a previous dentist at a different practice, the crown was bonded to my infected tooth which needed a root canal not a crown. The bonded crown had horrible margins which led to pain because the dentist at the previous practice didn’t even take an xray to check those margins, just slapped on the crown... I came to Dr. Ann Simmons with a disaster of a tooth from a poor decision made by someone else. Dr. Simmons made me feel comfortable, confident and she answered all of my questions and took on my problem by the horns and made me a priority. She did a phenomenal job at removing the bonded crown, my root canal therapy had zero pain and she always was checking in on me making sure I was comfortable. The new crown she installed is truly a work of art. It fits perfectly and she took x-rays to ensure the fit was perfect and it looks completely natural. I never thought I’d say I love my fake tooth but I love it. Dr. Simmons is truly an expert at her craft and as a patient I truly believe she cares about me and my teeth which in some of my experiences with other dentists from other practices I’ve felt like cattle.

Other than Dr. Simmons being awesome, the staff at Route 38 Dental is excellent. From the front desk to the assistants everyone is so friendly and makes you feel at home.

As someone who has always been terrified to go to the dentist, this place is special. I am no longer scared to go to the dentist, I just wish I found Dr. Ann Simmons and her staff sooner in life!

Everyone is super sweet and very attentive to all concerns. They did a phenomenal job with my cleaning and I felt comfortable and supported for the entire experience. Also did a great job explaining all things medical to me in a way that was digestible and not overwhelming.

I had a great experience at Route 38 Dental during my routine checkup. The waiting room is extremely clean, and they are very timely—my appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM and I was taken back right on time with minimal waiting.

The dental room itself is also spotless and very modern. There are TVs on the wall and on the ceiling, which makes it easy to relax while you’re lying back during your cleaning. They also use a 360° scanning machine that maps out nerves and tooth placement, which was impressive and reassuring.

What I really appreciated is that the TVs double as monitors, so you can actually see what’s going on inside your mouth in real time. Overall, the office is clean, efficient, and uses great technology. I highly recommend Route 38 Dental.

I’m autistic and therefore feel more comfortable at a family dentist (“adult” ones are too callous for me). They never once made me feel awkward for being there, or like I don’t belong there. The staff is all incredibly friendly and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. I’ve noticed they treat their child patients with the same respect. I love it here, even though I hate dental care in general!

During a routine visit, Dr Simmons found a fracture in one of my front teeth. I just about panicked! Appointments were scheduled for a temporary crown and then the permanent one. With a front tooth at stake, there is no room for anything less than perfection. I am glad to report, that is what I got.! My teeth match perfectly. Dr. Simmons is amazing.I could not be happier with the result.

Dr. Ann is the best Dentist in the world. I’ve been to a lot of other dentists and no one else compares. Easy extractions and fillings. I highly recommend.

I got a same day appointment for cap that came off. Dr. Ann explained my options fully and did not push me to decide, instead she put a temporary patch that will give me time to make up my mind. Rhianna at the desk is very approachable and the assistant, Collette was friendly, too.

I recently became a new patient at this office and in August I had a broken tooth and was leaving for vacation, Dr Simmons fit me into her schedule to take a look and my tooth and was able to temporarily fixed it so I could enjoy my vacation, my tooth has been fixed and each and every experience has been wonderful from the contact at the front desk all the way to the end, if you are looking for a dentist this is your spot!

Very professional and kind dentist. I have used many dentists since a child in the 60s, and Dr. Simmons and her staff are exceptional.
